Your tasks

You will:

  • Monitoring current accounts and performing reconciliation processes
  • Preparing invoice and e-archive/e-invoice records
  • Tracking customer receivables and supplier payments
  • Recording daily cash and bank transactions in the accounting system
  • Preparing and monitoring monthly payroll processes
  • Tracking monthly private pension (BES) and salary garnishments
  • Following legislation related to accounting and payroll processes
  • Providing regular reports to senior management
  • Reporting employee entries and exits to general accounting, organizing personnel files, and following up system (e-devlet) registrations
  • Month-end reconciliation and closing processes with general accounting
  • Following up on other administrative tasks (execution notices, workplace accidents, etc.)
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly accounting and financial reports (Cash Flow, Customer Receivables List, Sales Report, Headcount, Material Purchase Report, CapEx Planning, Support during Audit Processes, Issuing Sales Invoices into SAP, LucaNet Reporting)
Your profile
  • Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related departments from universities
  • 1-3 years of experience in preliminary accounting
  • Good command of general accounting and preliminary accounting processes
  • Experienced in payroll processes (attendance tracking, salary calculations)
  • Knowledge of tax legislation, Labor Law, and Social Security Institution (SGK) practices
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Preferably experienced with accounting/payroll software (preferably Netsis)
  • Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and result-driven
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Applications without English or German language proficiency will not be considered
